On Friday, we did our final walk of the house which is essentially complete. The time to drop the magnifying glass and start enjoying the fruit of our labor is finally upon us, a good thing as my living room currently bears a striking resemblance to a Pak-N-Ship store. Pretty soon we won’t be able to get the front door open to receive any more boxes.
The following pictures were taken by the architect, John Grable, with his iPad 2. My opinion is admittedly biased, but to say the house looks amazing would be a significant understatement. The waxed concrete floors, hidden for so long under Tyvek, complete the composition.
